Yuri!!! on ICE

Yuri!! on ICE is a sports anime television series about figure skating. The anime was produced by MAPPA, directed by Sayo Yamamoto and written by Mitsurō Kubo. Character design was by Tadashi Hiramatsu, and its music was composed by Taro Umebayashi and Taku Matsushiba. The figure skating was choreographed by Kenji Miyamoto, who also performed routines himself which were recorded and used as skating sound effects. The series premiered on October 6, 2016 and ended on December 22, with a total of 12 episodes. A Yuri on Ice feature film is currently in production. The series revolves around the relationships between Japanese figure skater Yuri Katsuki; his idol, Russian figure-skating champion Victor Nikiforov, and up-and-coming Russian skater Yuri Plisetsky; as Yuri K. and Yuri P. take part in the Figure Skating Grand Prix, with Victor acting as coach to Yuri K.
Released to critical acclaim, Yuri on Ice has been well received in Japan. It won three awards at the Tokyo Anime Award Festival, a Japan Character Award and seven awards in Crunchyroll's inaugural Anime Awards. In Japan, the series was released in six parts on Blu-Ray and DVD, with all the releases coming No. 1 on the Oricon Animation Blu-Ray disc and Animation DVD disc rankings respectively. It was the second-most successful media franchise in Japan for the first half of 2017. It was popular on social media outlets such as Tumblr, Sina Weibo and Twitter, where it received over a million more tweets that the next most-talked about anime series in the season it was broadcast. It also attracted praise from professional figure skaters.
Yuri on Ice has raised discussion concerning its depiction of a same-sex relationship between its protagonists, with some critics praising it for covering homosexuality in a way that differs from most anime and manga such as yaoi, and for dealing with homosexuality in a country and sport that has present-day issues with homophobia; others criticised its depiction for being unrealistic and ambiguous. The series has also been praised for its depiction of anxiety, and also raised a brief controversy concerning a similar figure skating-based title to be released in the United States in 2017.

Yūri Katsuki carried all of Japan's hopes on his shoulders to win at the Gran Prix Finale ice skating competition, but suffered a crushing defeat. He returns home to Kyushu and half feels like he wants to retire, and half feels like he wants to continue ice skating. Suddenly the five-time consecutive world championship ice skater Victor Nikiforov appears before him with Yuri Plisetsky, a young Russian figure skater who is already defeating his seniors. Victor and both Yuris take up the challenge on an unprecedented Gran Prix series.

Cast:
Junichi Suwabe as Victor Nikiforov
Kouki Uchiyama as Yuri Plisetsky
Toshiyuki Toyonaga as Yūri Katsuki
Ayumu Murase as Kenjirō Minami
Hiroki Yasumoto as Christophe Giacometti

I usually don't watch "new" animes. I wait to watch them a bit bc of the unbearable and ridiculous fandom girls u.u'
But I decided to watch YOI bc of a friend. I like sports anime and I knew YOI would be funny and amazing... and it really was :D
The anime is great. The story and the charas are interesting. The animation is very nice. Sometimes the charas looked a bit weird though ^^'
The anime has really funny parts and the romance thing between Viktor and Yuri was awesomeeeee xD
The best part in the anime was when Yuri buy matching rings for him and Viktor. Then they go to a restaurant and Phichit sees the rings. It was LOOOL

My favorite charas: Viktor, Phichit, Yurio and Otabek.
Least favorite charas: JJ and Yuri
I highly recommend YOI :)

An anime adaptation produced by Warner Entertainment Japan, Hakusensha, and Studio Bones aired in Japan between July 6, 2015 and September 21, 2015. It's been a while since I wanted to watch Akagami no Shirayuki-hime and I don't regret watching it.
There're 2 seasons and a OVA.
AkaHime is a typical shoujo anime. There are some romance, some action, the girl who likes the prince and bad guys kidnapping the girl.
If I were to compare AkaHime to another anime it'd be Akatsuki no Yona.
My favorite charas were Obi and Mitsuhide.
Especially Obi. He's precious *3* love him so much. I even added him on my bias list xD
The anime has funny parts too. Especially in the 2nd season between Mitsuhide and Kiki, and Mitsuhide and Obi.
When Mitsuhide gets hypnotized by a drug Kiki's face was sooo funny xDDD
And the ep. where they go to an inn bc of the rain, Obi and Zen are taking a bath... this part was funny too.
I really recommend this anime :) if you like romance and shoujo.
