When Zen is poisoned by an apple meant for Shirayuki gifted by Raj, Shirayuki successfully obtains the antidote and decides to accompany the trio to Clarines. Shortly thereafter, Shirayuki passes an exam for a position to train in the palace as a herbalist. Shirayuki and her friends find a place in Clarines and carries out her duties as a court herbalist. It's been a while since I wanted to watch Akagami no Shirayuki-hime and I don't regret watching it.
There're 2 seasons and a OVA.
AkaHime is a typical shoujo anime. There are some romance, some action, the girl who likes the prince and bad guys kidnapping the girl.
If I were to compare AkaHime to another anime it'd be Akatsuki no Yona.
My favorite charas were Obi and Mitsuhide.
Especially Obi. He's precious *3* love him so much. I even added him on my bias list xD
The anime has funny parts too. Especially in the 2nd season between Mitsuhide and Kiki, and Mitsuhide and Obi.
When Mitsuhide gets hypnotized by a drug Kiki's face was sooo funny xDDD
And the ep. where they go to an inn bc of the rain, Obi and Zen are taking a bath... this part was funny too.
I really recommend this anime :) if you like romance and shoujo.

I finally watched the anime and I love it!!
I read the manga last year, absolutely loved it, and the anime was perfect too <3
The story is good, the charas are funny and kind, especially Hagita and Suwa. Omg, I love Hagita xDD he's sooo funny!!
Suwa is my fav chara in the manga *-*
I suffered all over again bc of Kakeru and Naho, and Kakeru alone T^T so sad!

I prefer the manga version. The art is better and the charas in the anime were a bit different, kinda weird sometimes, in some parts of the anime. I think it was their smile, don't know...
I highly recommend :D both manga and anime
I can't wait to watch the movie.
